Meet Coach Rebecca

I work with mothers & others ages 30-60 to get their mojo back and transform from surviving to thriving. I coach women to get strong- mentally and physically so they are resilient, happy, and unstoppable.

My specialties include: weight loss, increased energy, better sleep, stress management, mindset transformation, intermittent fasting, low-carb eating (paleo, keto, pegan, etc), strength, mobility & running (5K to half marathons).

I am available for one-on-one coaching both in-person and online, specialized group coaching programs, leading women's fitness camps, and organizing corporate wellness programs.

I have the fortune of living in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge of Oregon with my two children. When not coaching, I works for Oregon State University, volunteers for local schools, and can be found running trails, salsa dancing, or cooking good food.
